How many downlights do I need?

This question is asked often, and we are more than happy to assist. You can send us floor plans, or dimensions and images and tell us about your requirements for the room. The below information can also be used as a guide;

The number of downlights you should use in a room depends on various factors, including the room's purpose, ceiling height, and personal preference for lighting intensity. However, as a general guideline, you can start with approximately one downlight for every 1 to 1.5 square meters of space.

For a 5m x 5m room (which is 25 square meters), you might consider using around 16 to 25 downlights. This range allows for even distribution of light throughout the room. Remember that you can adjust this number based on factors like the room's function and desired lighting ambience.
